Informed by experience spanning over a decade, Jacqueline (whom you may know as Goblin Death Cult) is passionate about the healing power of somatic awareness. Her professional background involves working closely with others as a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and functional fitness coach. She is dedicated to facilitating movement practices that help to honor and strengthen the connection her students have to their own body. Her classes are aimed at accessibility, and she is skilled at providing a variety of options for each pose. Beginners are encouraged, and classes are suitable for all experience levels.
