Almost native born… Even though Samantha was born in New Orleans, she was raised in League City.

Lucky 7...  This lovely bartender has seven years experience and has been with Dempsey’s since January 2010.

Nuclear Rainbow!  This signature drink Samantha is fond of making is actually a shot made in a martini glass and layered with 10 different liquors. And, of course, you set it on fire. She says she likes making layered drinks because she thinks they are pretty.

Wedding bells...  Samantha met her Mr. RIght at Dempsey’s and is now happily engaged and planning for a (estimated) May 2014 wedding.

Her likes are… Music: In her car now are Van Morrison, Bob Marley and The Beatles CDs. Football teams: Texans, Saints, Florida Seminoles (her dad’s team!) Books: Anything Mitch Alborn, especially Tuesdays with Morrie. Holiday: Halloween. She is a candy addict and loves to dress up. Movies: The Kill Bill series and loves Quinton Tarantino.

A dark sense of humor?  “It’s possible,” she says, then corrects herself saying “It’s probable.”

Dislikes?  Talking about politics.

Working at Dempsey’s Pub… “I love working here. There are so many regulars,” she said. “Someone will chat you up even if you are new. You'll feel like home because everyone is friendly.”
