Signature Drink. Swamp Juice! Jennifer says this is the drink to order at the Swamp Shack. It’s made with rum, melon liqueur, Grenadine, and pineapple and orange juices.

Off the menu. If you want an appetizer to munch on… The outgoing bartender has been known to recommend the stuffed jalapeños and mushrooms along with Boudin balls. ”Try either the deluxe or premium sampler plates,” Jennifer says.

Identify Thief! She is a Melissa McCartney fan and loves the comedy.

Just the facts. Jennifer is originally from The Woodlands, but moved to the Bay Area in 1997, and “I never left!”

Why? She loves the water, water sports, and working at Crazy Alan’s Swamp Shack. Jennifer says she loves the people too.

Tidbits…  Music? Loves ’70s and ’80s music.  Growing up, she wanted to be a pediatrician.
