Update: The SCENE Sailing Team’s J/24 is on quite a roll as of late. Skipper Stuart Lindow and crew won Series 2 of the Wednesday Night Sailboat Races and is also now the top rated J/24 racing in the Texas Regatta Circuit following races at the Houston Yacht Club, Fort Worth Boat Club and Dallas Corinthian Yacht Club. The boat and team will be in Corpus Christi for the fourth stop in the Texas J/24 Circuit, the Surfin' Safari hosted by the Corpus Christi Yacht Club. Then it is back on Clear Lake for more of the Wednesday Night Races. Come out and cheer on the #99 boat!

Earlier Update: The SCENE Magazine has teamed up with other local businesses to sponsor veteran sailor Stuart Lindow’s J24, for the 2013 Wednesday Night Sailboat Races. The SCENE Sailing Team  finished April with a first and two second places finishes and is currently in second place overall after getting off to a rough start of the season with a DNF in race #1. Make sure to come out an cheer on the #99 boat. Its the one with the Carefree Boat Club logo on the spinnaker.
