Years of bartending experience? He says “less than a decade.”

Signature drink? Margaritas. Specifically, a “Golden” margarita. It has the right amount of tequila and not much sweet and sour mix.

Something on his Bucket List to try is… Surfing. Billy loves the water, enjoys fishing and can water ski, as well as jet ski. So learning to surf is next...one day.

Favorite Spring Break memory? A trip to the New Hampshire/Vermont area. The crisp weather, cool wind, beautiful leaves, and amazing beach house made this trip unforgettable.

I say “March,” and he says… “Ball!” More specifically, it’s time for March Madness and he is pulling for the University of Houston.

In the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day, is Billy Irish? Yes. He is an Irish and Scottish mix.

March is Frozen Food Month. What kind is his favorite? Stouffer’s lasagna!

March is also Poetry Month. Billy’s favorite poem is “Footprints In The Sand.”

Last, but not least, March 14 is National Potato Chip Day. So, Ruffles or Lays? Lays… The Cheddar and Sour Cream flavor is his fave!
