Art exhibition to feature printmakers

International printmakers from Slovakia and Serbia are featured in this unique exhibition that explores culture, traditions, fantasy and landscapes. Biljana Vukovic, who lives and works in Belgrade, Serbia, expresses her love of landscapes in her work that depicts the mountains that surround the Studenica monastery. Intensely experienced environments are explored in the compositions of Slovakian printmaker Katarína Macurová’s work titled, “Horizons.” Katarina Zaric’s images from her body of work titled “The Year of the Comet” are derived from European fairy tales and children’s stories of Serbia. The exhibition is open to the public and admission is free for all exhibits.
