How long have you worked there? Since Union Tavern opened last September (2009).

Signature drink? Yes! The White Gummi Bear! (That’s the only candy Anndee will eat and she swears her drink tastes just like one.) Let’s talk about the bartending movie Cocktail… The movie did not depict real life!

What is it about bartending the customers don’t know? The common thought is that bartenders help out the customers, but really customers helpthe bartenders just as much. They make us smile.

When not bartending, I am… The General Manager at Union Tavern! When I am not at work, I am playing with the love of my life - my one year old daughter Athena.

Tell me about your tattoos. On one upper arm is a fire fairy and on the other is a garden fairy.

What is it about fairies? They represent a gypsy term. They go place to place touching people lives…in a non-perverted way! (Anndee is quite funny!)

Who inspires you? My grandma. She passed away a year ago. My grandmother taught me to love myself and be who I wanted to be.
